Already home to Oran Park’s Integrated Health Care Centre and Smart Work Hub, the Podium will soon be expanding to more than double its current size.
In fact, the next two stages of development will include not only more retailers but a 12-storey apartment block on top of the Centre as well as a four-storey commercial building, a larger food court and a walkable Eat Street along Podium Way. The Atura Hotel will sit alongside the Podium Shopping Centre overlooking Perich Park.
